Only nipped to Morrisonโ€™s to do the weekly shop & noticed the other half has sprayed my Buddha bright orange!

Not popped on here for a while because Iโ€™ve been mega busy with super awesome clients! Just catching up on my e-mails & a quick cuppa before my next client arrives! ๐Ÿ™Œ

I donโ€™t tell my personal story for self-gratification. Not for indulgence but to inspire! ๐Ÿ’œ

โ€œI approached Joe in a period of my where I felt โ€˜stuckโ€™ both in my personal life and career. Iโ€™d had counselling before and I spent a fair bit of time reading self help books but I wasnโ€™t moving anywhere. From the very first session I noticed a change in my outlook on my goals. I felt so much more confident and positive. So much so that the people around me noticed it too. Joe has shown me some great tools to manage my and to break my goals into easy steps for me. Many of these tools Iโ€™ll continue to use in the future. Sheโ€™s got so much knowledge and her way of explaining things is brilliant. I managed to tick off some major goals with Joe that prior to the sessions I was feeling hopeless about. I canโ€™t thank her enough!!โ€

Donโ€™t quit ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Happy 1st of May! How are you, kind to your mind? Hereโ€™s 3 tips of how your mind will thank you: 1. Itโ€™s ok to not be ok - take time out to sit with your emotions by acknowledging them & letting them flow. Have you ever noticed how a good cry, always makes you feel better afterwards? 2. Time enjoyed wasting, is not wasted - having a guilt free afternoon sleeping, watching back to back boxsets or doing your favourite hobby, is giving your mind that much needed break to recharge! 3. Feeding the brain, feeds the soul - learn something new from somebody who inspires you by watching a video clip, reading a book/blog or listening to an audio. Our minds simply love self development!

How does having a daily ritual gratitude attitude, make a difference to you? 1. You start to notice more of the positives. Have you ever noticed that when you buy a new car, you see the exact se make, & colour, everywhere you go? 2. Train your brain to notice more positives by writing down 3 things every day that you are grateful for & this will naturally release happy hormones. 3. You can then up it a notch & start to manifest what you are grateful for in the future, by using positive affirmations as if you already have them now. โ€œI โ€ are 2 powerful words to use. You will notice more of what you desire for the higher good of all & more opportunities will open up to you. Today I grateful for scrbled egg on toast, my job & my mum

Keep calm..... ๐Ÿ’œ
