Check perfectchaoticmom's Instagram This morning was crazy... Trying to get breakfast and morning-ness accomplished while making the house spotless for a showing with 2 tiny humans and 2 crazy dogs means there was more yelling and tears then I care to admit. But some how things were presentable and we got out of the house in time. So now we get to enjoy some fun and sunshine and carefree hanging at home time. Every moment of This mom gig isn't easy,  the stress and anxiety of selling your home isn't easy, but some how it's all happening. 
I get asked several times a week "how do you do it?" "How do you have it all together?" "How are you doing all this solo"... Guess what, want to know the truth-- it's an illusion that I have it all together, I'm doing it because it has to be done, there's no alternative, so don't over think, don't over analyze. Just do it, one thing at a time. Some how it gets all done, some how it works out... Have a little faith and don't under estimate the power of you!

To be done after yoga or meditation or post "chill" time, consider journaling using the following prompts.

Problem solving - Choose one problem you have right now. Summarize the problem in simple terms using one or two sentences. Be careful not to use broad terms, be as specific as possible. (Eg. I am really anxious vs. I am anxious about tomorrow's meeting). If you need to journal on this for a bit to find you root, set a time limit of five minutes.
💕
After you have chosen your problem, begin to make a list of 10 - 20 ways you could solve it or things that might help the situation. If negative or doubting thoughts come in your head as you brainstorm possible solutions, just take a breath and let them go. The point is not to find THE solution, but a list of solutions that may or may not work. So use your imagination, make the list as if you have unlimited access to resources (time, money, assistance...) Feel free to add in a few goofy ones just to make the process a little more fun!

With you list in front of you, put a star beside all the solutions that could possibly work, even if they might take a little effort or you might need to find resources for. If any of these need resources you have available right now, put a heart beside them.

Now ask yourself, which solution with a star or a star and heart makes you feel a little more relief, brings you a sense of calm or even sparks your interest. 💕
Next steps:
With one or two solutions chosen, begin to work these into your regular planning. Break them down into what resources you have and what you still need. You can even use the journal prompt above to find your resources and work towards your solution.
