I would but instantly get knee pain or the dreading lower back pain. I finished and while I was dying, I felt zero pain. I have a huge test for me this weekend and that will be MegaCon. Parlons des avantages!!! Les exercices de poids corps sont le choix idéal pour les personnes qui souhaitent faire de l'exercice physique mais n'ont pas accès aux équipements de musculation, car ces exercices ne nécessitent pas de poids ou de machines spécialisées.
Il est vrai que certains exercices nécessite un certain type d'équipement mais la majorité des bodyweight exercises n'en exigent aucun.
Pour les exercices qui nécessitent un équipement comme les tractions par exemple il suffit d'une barre afin de s'y agripper pour effectuer le mouvement.

Les exercices de poids corps sont un bon choix en voyage ou en vacances, lorsque l'accès à une salle de sport ou à un équipement spécialisé peut ne pas être possible. 
En bref le poids de corps c'est gratuit et accessible en tout lieu.
