Didn't have the smoothest morning but made it to my Saturday anatomy class 🙌Being a Full time student with competition prep is harder than I thought it would be due to sleep deprivation but if mothers with 6 kids can compete on the pro level...then so will I!!l

Sometimes when the gym is packed I just try and find a small corner to myself and do what I can, that's why I always make sure I bring my bands with me. Can't get to a cable machine, no problem! Check fitchelle13's Instagram So Saturday's aren't usually my weight check in day, but I have been on point with my new macros for one week and am super pumped with the results! Down 4.7 lbs in a week 🙌, for a total loss of 35.7 lbs. Now I know it's not all about the number on the scale, but as I currently fall into the obese category (BMI over 30), I do have goals associated with losing weight and therefore a number on the scale. 
My new macros calculated not only more calories, but also a much higher carb count (45% vs approx 20% when I first had them done), which is leading to a much happier me and some 1 week results that have me 😁😍
