Getting those workouts in with these two is definitely a challenge but somehow we got through a long walk and ✌🏻postnatal routines with @katrinaascott (only had to pause a few times for a crying babe) I thought Kat was insane when she started that third set of πŸ˜…πŸ’ͺ🏼 . . . It’s my first week of being cleared to workout again and boy do we take our physical abilities for granted. Thankful to be back after a 6 week ban and grateful for everything this is capable of and everything its relearning or strengthening again. #tiu21 @toneitup @karenadawn

Thanks so much to the girls at @toneitup for providing so many amazing work out routines and classes that don't necessarily require a huge chunk of free time - making it easier for me to fit what's possible into my new-mama schedule! I stayed pretty close to my same size throughout my pregnancy, but gained at the end. I have not been feeling my usual confidence since my perfect baby arrived, and I want to be confident and healthy. I want to be an example of taking care of yourself and loving yourself. Thank you so much to the girls at TIU for helping me with a positive and non-judgmental path to that self love and confidence that will be a little more within reach for someone who's never been a fitness buff, but wants to get on track. 21 (coming soon πŸ€£πŸ™Œ) confidence

13 may - nine days ago, I was seizing uncontrollably on my last day in Austin. Now I’m fully moved to Seabrook for recovery and here is me attempting handstands after a doctor’s appointment 😻. So happy my remembers how to do this and yes, I still enjoy being a t-rex (second vid). πŸ¦–

And thanks Snapchat for the makeover! πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ All smiles today because it’s Friday and the weekend is almost here - family time is the best and it’s my first Mother’s Day as a mommy! πŸ˜€Squeezed a quick postnatal friendly workout with @katrinaascott via @toneitup app in during my sweethearts nap today (she woke up just after! Phew πŸ˜…) Biceps are on πŸ”₯! So nice to get a good sweat on that is postpartum friendly. I feel so much better when I start my day with some movement, no matter how quick the workout. . . Now that I’m a new mom I don’t get a lot of time to myself anymore so I make it a goal everyday to get just a few min of me time and to get one thing done, even if it’s as easy as doing the dishes. Doesn’t sound like much but trust me, when you have a 5 week old cutie pie refusing to nap anywhere but on you, ya gotta do what you can! Hubby helps out when he gets home which is nice so I can relax or get more done...I usually can’t sit still πŸ€ͺ anyway, life is good, and it’s a good day to count your blessings! Only 7 weeks left of maternity leave for me so cherishing these moments πŸ™πŸ½Love ya πŸ’Ÿ . . . #tiu21

Did Bella Biceps this morning and it was soo good. Although I think it should be renamed Bella Shoulders bc my shoulders were on fire! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯But I have to say the #tiu21 burners at the end felt really great on the biceps! πŸ’ͺ🏻 We’ll be 34 weeks tomorrow and I’m feeling a little slower these days! Short of breath, ankles are swelling, and not feeling real comfortable whether I’m sitting or standing πŸ˜‚ Other than that, I’m still getting my workouts in about 4x a week, trying to drink tons of water, and also enjoying those chocolate cravings πŸ˜‹πŸ«πŸͺ🍩 Only 6 weeks to go!! πŸ˜† @toneitup @katrinaascott
