Keeping the volume lower this week but the intensity high with some drop sets to finish off my arm workout! - Every 5-10 weeks I like to pretty much deload with half the volume (set/reps) Than normal to optimize recovery but that doesn’t mean we half the effort!👊🏼 - ➡️Dumbbell Plate Preacher Curls- going for 6-10 reps for each of the 3 parts of this drop set! - ✅If you’ve got access to plates like this the use them. If not you can get the same effect by holding 2 dumbbells together with a mitral grip! - ✅This neutral grip is going to incorporate more forearms but holding 3 plates together for the 1st set doesn’t make it any easier! - 👉🏼Again, keeping volume this week so just one set of these to finish off the biceps. Make it count! - Wanna turn this exercise into a full workout?
