I had a Dr. follow up today and will be starting another round of infusions๐Ÿ™„ day one was today.โฃ โฃ I happy I did my walk before my visit because I was drained after. I enjoy my early morning walks. I get to experience the sunrise, (and no, I never tired of this) the calmness and quiet of the streets and the beautiful scenery. โฃ โฃ This is one of my daily routines. Happy! Freaking! Monday! - Cheezinโ€™ hard because today I hit the LOWEST weigh-in of my ENTIRE fitness journey! ๐Ÿ˜ - This morning I weighed in at 172.2 lbs. My previous low was 175 lbs. 341 lbs at the start. The number on the scale actually SCARED me. Donโ€™t get me wrong, itโ€™s awesome to see the scale move, itโ€™s motivating as all hell, but I struggle with it. What if itโ€™s wrong? What if itโ€™s water weight? These thoughts stop me in my tracks. Paralysis by analysis. - The key is focusing on the actual physical changes. The scale will never take the place of an old pair of pants being too loose ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป - Itโ€™s beyond motivating to see all my hard work paying off. Every workout, every meal, every time I resisted, all of it, it all pays off. Been a long time coming, but trust that Iโ€™m nowhere near done. Iโ€™ll never be done. Best of my entire life and I have no intention of stopping. I will move forward, always striving to get better.
