Do me a favor: make a list of the women who you most look up to right now.  Do you care at all about what number pops up when they stop on the scale?  Would you admire them less if they gained 5 pounds?  Would you look up to them more if they lost 5? Does the amount of cellulite they have on their thighs or the rolls they get when they sit affect your feelings towards them? 
Or is it maybe their courage, their generosity, their strength, their brilliance, their spirit that you value?
Is it possible that others see YOU this way too?

Mondays are when I am the most bloated with water after a higher consumption of sodium during the weekend.
