Check mollyruns's Instagram My favorite dinner on the planet 😍 My mom's delicious grilled chicken, a sweet potato, some green beans, and cottage cheese!!! And no, I didn't eat this whole container, I ate like the last 1/4 or something (like a cup maybe more is my usual portion) and also don't knock it 'til ya try it! I take a slice of grilled chicken, a bite of sweet potato, and dip it in the cottage cheese and it's absolutely amazing. Oh also sidenote: I only eat Knudsen brand lol it's my absolute fav!!!!! Like sometimes I have other brands but they just don't compare to this one - the texture is just out of this world and ahh 😭😋👌🏼 This meal is like the definition of home, if that makes sense. Don't know what I'll do next year 😅 So as much as I'm thrilled to finally be able to do whatever exercise I want to do instead of just track workouts (since track is over forevaaaaa), im afraid of getting obsessed/out of control with exercise. I can feel myself falling into that trap again and I'm just not sure what to do. I love working it and pushing myself really hard and getting stronger and making goals and I guess just being an athlete in general, but now that HS track and XC are over it's just weird. I also don't want to get super strict and make myself like a schedule but ya I'm sort of afraid of overdoing it. Especially because without set things to do for practice I don't really feel like I'm doing enough or that I need to rest as much because I'm not having weekly races and stuff. But now that I know I can do it, I'll record next time ;) ) I did this.  I've been sick so I wanted to break down the deadlifts into a Superset of accessories and conditioning. This was just a tryout, which is why I only put 45's on my rack pulls, hex bar deadlifts, and the dumbell a 65 lb, but damn it was a great workout! Strength, functionality, and conditioning - all in one. I did not lock out on the hex bar deads. I was only working on the leg press/pushing movement, so only my legs were moving.
