I grew up playing and reading music, dancing, hanging out with my dad while he ripped on the electric (or acoustic or piano) and wrote. My Papaw was a drummer, even met my Mamaw playing music back in the day. Picked up this ukulele made by Ollin Música in San Pancho! It's been a while but I'm happy to have an instrument back in my life! #livewhatyoulove

Werbung wegen Verlinkung | Its like the horse is giving you a Beat and you give him the melody and all feelings find expression in a souldance. it's a symphony of bodysigns, rhythms and movements that is built on a powerful connection and a deep trust between rider and horse. Its about a really fine communication tailored to the smallest details. A different kind of Communication, communication without words, its not like between people. Horses speak a different language, horses listen to your bodylanguage and sense your inner attitude and respond to it, they are so sensitiv that they always feel who you are. I think you can't compare this to anything else in this world 🌎 Dressage is like making music and only with a great partnership between a rider and his horse you can create an inferno of movements that reach the inner core of our human beeing. 🔥 ~ k.a. . . How’s this for a question to ponder on this beautiful Tuesday morning? . . The reason I’m asking this question is because yesterday I had a powerful experience of gratitude after feeling extreme alignment in my life with my self-determined purpose. I think knowing your purpose is obviously the first step of the process. But because I’ve really worked hard this year in defining my purpose, I have been able to be guided to people and resources to make my purpose develop into real daily actions with personal impact. . . Purpose is different than dreams. Purpose is the reason why you wake up in the morning, what brings you joy and happiness, and what makes you excited for the future. It’s your calling in life.... something that challenges you and gives you a sense of meaning. . . I think people’s purposes can change during different phases and stages in life. How I view my personal purpose now may change when I step into a role of motherhood. And it doesn’t matter how significant the rest of the world views our purpose, because all that matters is if our purpose personally fulfills us. . . When you know your purpose, then you have to act. That’s the next key. If our actions are contrary to our purpose, we will end up feeling lost and empty. I know because I’ve been there. But when we start to take the actions to live our purpose, alignment begins. Also, in this state the universe will brings us to others with a similar purpose. This is my favorite part of the process. We really can attract our tribe when we know what we are looking for. We don’t have to live our purpose alone. . . I’m just so grateful for feeling validated in my purpose, for being connected to those that share similar vision in their life, and for feeling a true sense of alignment. It’s still a daily struggle to stay in that place and state, but its worth it. . . My challenge to everyone is to really try and define your purpose. Have you ever done that before? I think I will share mine in a future post, but I would love to hear your thoughts on the matter. . . #livewhatyoulove
