I have struggled with image issues, disordered eating, self-esteem, etc. for as long as I can remember (maybe 3rd-4th grade). As a college athlete, I really believed I was doing right by my by staying active, because obviously a college sport is no joke, but even though my conditioning was tough, I was putting whatever I wanted in my . In 2012, I bece conscious of why I was putting in my , and what would fuel it to the best of its ability. I realized that just being active wasn’t all it would take to perform at my best and to feel my best. Since 2012, I have been mindful. Currently, I so proud of the physique I’ve built. I generally eat well, but I also splurge when I want to. I feel balanced and dn it took me a long time to get here. 🙌🏼 . . . . #GetStrong
