Lunging towards day like🤪Today we make you move some awkward and heavy shit! If you hadn’t already noticed, the DB is heavier than normal. - Going slightly heavier than the RX weight can sometimes seem daunting, but is often something we are capable of. Practicing with an Rx+ weight makes it a lot easier at competition weight in the long run! - Lunge up 50 feet, pull ups, lunge back, assault bike, lunge a little more and you’ve got some burpees. Once you’ve done that.. do it again😏 - Scaled options=reduce DB weight if needed and banded or jumping pull ups🙌🏻 ———————————————————————— girls
