I have recently had to have a massive dietary overhaul. Due to many factors, but one especially being many babies in a very small time frame, my gut has experienced quite extensive damage and my iron levels are frightening. This has seen many eliminations come into place to allow some recovery and healing - one being sugar. All sugar. Even natural ones and unrefined sugars and minimal fruit.
There has been one or two slips, not my doing, however I'm only about 3 weeks in and holy bajoley!!! Peanut Butter is sweet, did you know? And not crappy peanut butter with added sugar, as in all natural peanut butter.
On another note, the heart shape. This weekend, set yourself an aim to connect with someone. No, not a text. In person, talk, leave the phone off the table. I was talking to a friend and we had a great discussion about how we hold great fears for this in the future - messaging is so twisted. The completely wrong idea/message can be taken to what was intended. There is no face to look at, no energy to exchange, no smile, no touch, the greeting hug and kiss on the cheek as a warm welcome. Now that freaks people out. We are becoming afraid to actually have this human experience and we agreed, that magic you can't replace.
Big Love ❤
Peanut Butter chocolate
1/4 cup cacao butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup natural, lightly Salted peanut butter
1/4 cup cacao
1/4 cup chopped peanuts.
Place the cacao butter, coconut oil and peanut butter in a heatproof bowl and melt completely. Mix well with a whisk until well combined and add the cacao and chopped peanuts.
Mix everything really well and divide evenly into your moulds. You can use a mini muffin tin if you don't have a silicone chocolate mould.
Pop in the freezer for 20 minutes to set then remove and store in a container in the fridge or freezer.
