What's better than a stew? 🍲🍛 A potato stew 🥔 Ingredients: 1 KG potato, cubes 1/2 Kg chicken breast, cubes 1 bid onion, chopped 1 and half garlic bulbs, minced 5 garlic gloves, roasted, unminced 1 cup fresh cilanto, chopped 1 chopped tomato 4 TBSP olive oil 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1tsp dried cilantro 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 3 TBSP tomato paste 1 and half liters water (or more as desired) Lemon juice as desired Salt to taste RECIPE IS IN THE المكونات: كيلو بطاطا مقطعة الى مربعات نصف كيلو صدور دجاج مقطع الى مربعات ١ بصلة كبيرة مقطع جوانح ١ ونصف راس ثوم مدقوق ٥ حصوص ثوم غير مدقوق مشوي كوب كزبرة مفرومة ١ حبة بندورة مفرومة ٤ ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون نصف ملعقة صغيرة حر بودرة ملعقة صغيرة بودرة الثوم ملعقة صغيرة كزبرة يابسة ملعقة صغيرة فلفل اسود ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا نصف ملعقة صغيرة قرفة ٣ ملاعق كبيرة معجون الطماطم ليتر ونصف ماء (او اكثر بحسب الرغبة) عصير حامض حسب الرغبة ملح حسب الرغبة . . . . . . . #vermicellirice

God damn when did this bitch learn to cook :p cooked the chicken in sweet chili sauce, sauteed the veggies with stir fry sauce and a bit of sweet chili and added it to some rice!

طريقة عمل يخنة الدجاج مع الحامض (ضلع ورز ) : بالقدر بحط شوية زيت وبقلي صدور الدجاج لحتى يصير لونن ذهبي وبضيف الماي فوقن مع عود قرفة وكم حبة هيل وبخليهن يغلو منيح لحتى يجهز ويستوا معي الدجاج . اطلع قطع الدجاج المسلوقة من الماي , اصفي مرقة الدجاج وبقطع صدور الدجاج وبرجع احطها بالماي يلي صفيتها من قبل وبضيف فوقن ملعقة كبيرة كاري بودرة , وملعقة صغيرة كركم , ملح , ملعقة صغيرة من بهارات الشاورما , وعصير حامض . اشغل تحتن النار وبرجع اغليهن على نار هادية دقايق معدودة واطفي تحتن . يقدم مع الرز بالشعيرية وصحة وعافية ❤️

The Turkish spiced roasted chicken with pomegranate molasses is becoming a fast favourite at home, but this time I added blended onion/garlic and a squeeze of lemon to the marinade! It made such a difference and when you spatchcock the chicken, it comes out beautifully cooked and tender. Today I’ve paired the chicken with some vermicelli rice, chips and a Mediterranean style salad. Happy Saturday 🙌🏾😋 #vermicellirice

Juicy and tender garlic breaded chicken with super tasty rice and vermicelli. On top of the fact that this dish was plain epic, something else got me smiling. It was made by someone I like a lot and it was made in my kitchen. Double yay. This hardly happens. So I was just the Sous Chef. This also hardly happens. So: not my picture and not even food I made. But happy food. ❤️

Eid Mubarak everyone! I hope you all had a lovely Eid. For dinner we went to @levantrestaurantlounge in London which was absolutely amazing. The decor was stunning, the atmosphere and service were great and most importantly, the food was definitely 10/10. I used to think that Lebanese food was Lebanese good but now I know that isn’t true at all! Their food was delicious and cooked to perfection. We ordered the humous, batata harra and tabbouleh for starter (as standard in a Lebanese restaurant 😂) and they were all perfect. The waitress even offered to make “batata harra without the harra” for the kids 😂 which was a lovely suggestion. I had the Farouj for the main which was so tasty too. The chicken was moist and had a crispy skin. Nothing was dry at all. The waitress was lovely and great with our children, without smothering us like some waiters/waitresses do when you’re eating. This restaurant also had a belly dancer who my 4 year old was fixated on 😂😂😂 Thank you for having us, we will DEFINITELY be returning In Shaa Allah. New favourite Lebanese spot! . . . . #vermicellirice
