Ok, so the back story. I’ve bought a couple of synthetic wigs with bangs to play with. I want to experiment before investing in the real deal 👌. This one was about $33 AU from Wish. Not a bad buy. It’s a very small cap so would only suit a petite head. 👍

Ouch is all I can say. I had a great day yesterday playing around in the sea and trying to forget my body hurts there’s no forgetting. I’ve always been told the sea is a healer for everything and I couldn’t agree more, luckily my rheumatologist agrees so yesterday was so worth it but OUCH. #endometriosis

Problems with The Pill Part 2 Birth control pills (aka the pill) are a commonly used medication amongst women. However, too many women are prescribed the pill without being told about the potential ramifications on their body & hormones. Following on from my last post, let’s take a look at the 2nd consequence that arises from the use of the pill so that you can make an informed choice about whether or not it is right for you. 2. Nutrient Depletion. Pretty much all medications come with a nutritional cost and the pill is no exception. The pill depletes the body of vitamin B2, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, selenium & magnesium. The pill also lowers levels of CoQ10, a crucial antioxidant in the body. Eating a diet that’s rich in all of these nutrients is essential for good health as well as for assisting in combatting the losses caused by the pill. However, even the most nutrient-dense cannot fully compensate for the nutrient depletions that result from the use of the pill. As such, if you are using the pill, it is essential that you ensure ample dietary intake of these nutrients as well as supplementation to ensure your nutrient levels are sufficient. Prior to beginning any supplementation regime however, you should consult and work with a qualified health practitioner to ensure the supplements are safe and effectively dosed for your individual needs. If you would like to work with me to develop a supplementation regime to account for the use of the pill or to optimise your overall health, I’m currently taking on both face-to-face and skype clients so we can work together where ever you are in the world. You really thought I was going to get through whatever dog day it is (National? Which country? International? I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️) without posting a photo of Gaia? No way Jose! This is just her being cute... not fertility related. Not SMBC related just an “I love my dog” post 😂🤪
