Myślałam, że ten mit już dawno został obalony, ale jednak nie... Słyszę go na co dzień 😲 Dieta i ogólnie odchudzanie nadal wielu osobom kojarzy się z jedzeniem samych sałatek, piciu zielonych soków i wiecznym głodem 🙄 I trochę mnie to przeraża bo takie podejście prowadzi często do zaburzeń odżywiania... Wieczne restrykcje mogą się pogłębić, albo w drugą stronę, pojawiają się kompulsy i jedzenie byle czego w nienormalnych ilościach... A z tego wyjść jest bardzo ciężko 😳 I tutaj naprawdę wiem co mówię.. Takie nieprawdziwe wyobrażenia często też zniechęcają do wzięcia się za siebie... "Dieta nie jest dla mnie, ja na samej sałacie nie przeżyję...A na siłkę to już w ogóle czasu nie ma" 🙄 Wszędzie skrajności 😲 Nie wiem, może trochę przesadzam, bo nie każdy będzie miał zaraz zaburzenia ale jest to bardzo częste i ciężko się na to patrzy 😓 A najczęściej zaczyna się niewinnie od chęci zrzucenia kilograma czy dwóch i przeczytaniu kilku głupot na "fit" profilach 🤯 I tak, żeby schudnąć trzeba jeść! Wystarczy niewielki deficyt, trochę aktywności i racjonalne podejście do tematu 😉 Na redu znajdzie się miejsce na sałatkę, ryż, kurę, strączki, jajka, owsiankę a jednocześnie na czekoladę i lody. Coś dla głowy i coś dla ciała 🍌💪🍌💪 Na nocne rozkminy mnie wzięło 🤭 #dietitian
