Gluténmentes, tejmentes, hozzáadott cukortól mentes 💯PALEO mákos szilvás gombóc , és mákos nudli💯 #diet# 🤩Tészta hozzávalói (8 db-hoz):🤩 🍇120 g Szafi Reform kenyér és péksütemény lisztkeverék 🍇30 g Szafi Reform kristályos eritrit 🍇1 g himalaya só 🍇2 db M-es tojás (104 g) 🍇10 g frissen facsart citromlé @lidlhu 🍇20 g folyékony kókuszolaj @karahungary 🍇30 g víz 🍇+ 10 g Szafi Reform kenyér és péksütemény lisztkeverék lisztkeverék a gyúráshoz és nyújtáshoz 🍛Tészta elkészítése:🍛 A lisztkeverék kivételével keverjünk el mindent jó alaposan, majd adjuk hozzá a lisztkeveréket és gyúrjuk össze. Pihentessük az így kapott tésztát 10 percig. 🍇Gombóc elkészítés:🍇 Gyúrjuk át a tésztát liszttel megszórt felületen, majd nyújtsuk 0,5 cm vastagra. Szaggassunk belőle 8 db 8,5 cm-es kört (pl. egy nagy pohár szájával). /de akár úgy is készíthetjük, hogy 8 db. golyót formázunk a tésztából, amit lisztezett felületen egyenként kinyújtunk/ Rakjunk a közepébe a sűrű szilva lekvárt.Lapítsunk egy kicsit a szélein (így könnyebb összezárni) és zárjuk össze. Forraljunk fel 2 liter vizet csipet sóval. Rakjuk bele a gombócokat. Ha ismét felforrt 🔥a víz, vegyük alacsony fokozatra (gyöngyözzön a víz) és 5 percig főzzük (főzőlaptól függően változhat). 2 perc után fordítsuk meg a gombócokat, hogy másik oldala is megfőjön. Főzés közben nagyon meg fognak nőni. Hideg vízbe tegyük át (ne folyó csapvíznél öblítsük le, mert a puha gombóc úgy könnyen széteshet). Végén forgassuk bele daralt eritrites darált mákba.

I know I've said many times that eating fat doesn't make you fat and have put the blame on carbs, that's mainly because I don't want you to be scared of consuming fats. The truth is that fat can make you fat. As we know, consuming more calories than we burn off will likely lead to weight gain. That's it. . ⚠ Fat for the hormones, fat for energy, fat for cell repair and growth, fat for eye health, skin health, heart health, joint health.. Don't avoid that shit 🥑 your body needs it. ⚠ . Honestly I blame this food that's labeled 'fat free'. "Oh, it's fat free, that means it won't make me fat". Please stop buying into that bullshit. It's so aggravating! But most of us don't know any better. Hopefully I can help? . So your body needs fat, but not too much. In relation to the other two macros, you'll be consuming a lot less fat, I'd say between 50-60g per day for the average person will be enough. But that's vague and it really depends on your fitness goals. . Yes, there are good and bad fats. Two of each in total. All equate to 9 calories per gram. For now let's say Saturated and Trans fats are the "bad" ones. They're gonna help clog you up with buttery LDL cholesterol (the bad shit), whereas monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats can actually reduce bad cholesterol 💪🏻 . Our body doesn't produce the good essential fats that we need, so we've gotta eat them. They come from oily fish, eggs, vegetable oils, nuts, avocado 🥑 (opt for these kinds). . Personally I think avocado are disgusting, but some more benefits from them (as the pic is related) include: anti-inflammatory properties, skin conditioning; texture and glow 💁🏻‍♂️💅🏻 . . . . . . #diet
