For part 1 you will do 10 kb front squat every min on the minute. Choose a weight that will allow you to do the squats in :30-:40 seconds. Giving enough time to recover. It’s 100 front squat in total. Rest 5 minutes then part 2 is a burner of medball cleans and burpees. Can you do it under 7 minutes? Do you have what it takes ? Get after it!
