The only way to go is UP! ⬆️ Here’s the most progress to date on my . At this point I’m only using the band for the first 1/3 of the motion. 💪🏻 I could have never gotten this far without the help of @rubberbanditz resistance bands. They’ve become an invaluable tool during my quest against gravity and leverage! 🙌🏻

The first and final 5 reps of last night’s set of 20x Rep . 💪🏻 The high volume and intensity of this set really tests lower body dexterity🦵🏻, overall conditioning 🏃🏻, and mental fortitude. 💭 Ideally, I choose a weight that would result in technical failure at 10-15 reps, bridging the difference by using the method periodically until the set is complete. 🙌🏻

Time for some self-righteous accountability for accountability’s sake. 📝GOAL: Improve over the next 6-8 weeks, without sacrificing strength or power. On the rare occasion I forget my gym bag and don’t have my @rubberbanditz handy, I’ll use a strap or towel to perform this progression. 🙌🏻 By lowering my grip down the length of the strap, I can systemically introduce resistance to the dominant arm throughout the range of motion. 💪🏻
