Allow yourself to be a beginner. We all have to put in the work to achieve our goals. No one starts at excellent.❤️I’ve only tried this exercise “Toes to Bar” a couple of times & I definitely have to work on my form & technique. My goal is to eventually be able to do this with “Strict” form which means no momentum. Personally I enjoy being in complete control when I execute movements with no momentum. ❤️I’m going to work on a few of these progressions to improve & you are all welcome to try: 1) Knee tuck to extended legs & lower 2) Straight Leg Lift 3) Knee Tuck to curl 4) Knee Tucks 8-10reps, 2-3sets! ❤️We are starting Week6 of our 30Day Ab Blast Challenge in the club @hollywoodtrainerclub and ALL 30Days of streaming workouts with instructions & modifications for ALL levels are in the club!
