One from the 'Friday Night Nibbles' chapter in my new veg book... these are great with a beer Brilliant Bang Bang Cucumber with toasted sesame seeds, soy, chilli flakes and lip-smacking Szechuan pepper. As it's I thought I'd show you the mini veg 'patch' we've got growing at HQ. There's tomatoes, chillies, peas and sweet corn all growing here, check out the toms which are just coming into colour, and those chillies!! πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰ What veggies do you grow on your allotment or at home??

I've got my top helper Buddy on chef duty with me at HQ today and we did a LIVE cook up on facebook this morning cooking up my sunshine fusilli pasta from my brand new book ! Check out the results πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰ both were delicious, the only difference being I used yellow peppers & Buddy used red peppers. I love Mulberries so much I think there my favourite berries . So tasty, so unusual and full of bonkers fat juicy berry Gorgeousness. There is no way to pick them with out alot of mess - check this wonderful old mulberry tree out twisted and contorted - get the berries while there good as they won’t hang around either the wind or the bees 🐝 will enjoy them. I’m feeling crumbles, home made vinegar @vinegarshed and a sorbet or ice cream @hillstreetuk β€”β€” how do you love your mulberries folks ?? Joxxxxx

P214 Save With Jamie | These lamb kebabs are gnarly and full of flavour! Marinate the meat for at least an hour before, and then use your griddle pan to great effect!

Super-tender fall-off-the-bone pork ribs, shining with a sticky Chinese glaze...happy Friday lovely people!! Expect your face and hands to be covered in sauce tucking into these beauties but that's the fun of them right?! Get stuck in guys - link in my bio!

Had the pleasure of having this lovely lot over to HQ this week to cook up and try some of the dishes from my brand new book out in less than 2 weeks!! We had a good laugh, the food all went down a treat, some were amazed how much they loved the dishes even though there wasn't any meat!! Brilliant! Sent them home with one of the recipes and ingredients to cook up themselves & enjoy them at home. Can't wait to hear how they got on! Pre-order link for my new book in my bio guys.

Guys, if you don't already, you need fresh herbs in your life!! A little tip for you...for any leftover herbs you don't know what to do with, you can do one of two things: - Pick the leaves of fresh herbs, add them to an ice cube tray, cover with oil and freeze like I’ve done here. - Liquidise them with olive oil, push through a sieve, pour into an ice cube tray and freeze. Then voila! You got yourself a load of flavoured oils that you can use to start sauces, soups, stews, make roasties, cook meat and fish...honestly the list is endless but these little flavour-enchancers will become a valuable asset to your freezer! Brilliant.
