Check melissakinmartin_tri_fit_mom's Instagram Not bad for 22 minutes....yep alarm went off it's usual 4 times and I did not get up I turned it off. 😬😬😬😬 Shock when I looked at the clock when rolling over. 
Nope, I'm not a morning person at all. I'm like that teenager would would sleep till 12:00 noon if you let me. Does that surprise you? So had to make a quick decision of what to do today. Workout or not??? Got up, downed energize and I turned Beachbody on Demand on my Iphone and picked a program that will give me a killer workout in the time I have. Done and OMG amazing killer workout the sweat is dripping off me. Hot mess right here! 
Did you know you can still get a killer workout even in 15-20 minutes? 
Yep you don't have to spend hours working out. That's why I love these programs because every program will work you no matter what time frame you have. Multiple body parts working at once by my own personal trainer in my home everyday. They tell what to do and how to do it to get it done and get results.. The point is I still got up and got something in. It may not be what I wanted but it's something and my mind and body will thank me for it. 
The old me would have turned the covers over and said oh well maybe I'll get it done later. Then life happens and Nothing! 
But, I am continuing my practice of working on my myself, because really, the workouts give me energy to get through the day and make me feel so much better.  I have to set an example to my challengers I help everyday. Good lesson today Is that sometimes things don't go to plan. So wake up, come up with a quick plan and get it done. Don't waste the day being upset over it or trying to figure out how your going to get it in. 
So what am I thankful for in this situation? That even though I didn't get my full scheduled workout in that my mind didn't overtake me like it would of back then. ..um that alone is worth it right there.  My screw up just made me realize my excuses are not valid...all happens for a reason. Everyday won't be perfect you adjust in every situation faced with. 1431153417414058968_2176102534

Check musclegenetica's Instagram When something really important comes up in our lives, we find a way to fit it in to our schedule, full stop! Whether that’s a new movie we’re excited to watch, or a doctor’s appointment about something that’s really bugging us.

Training might not be as compelling as those things, but each of us has ultimate control over what goes on our calendar. It’s the rare person who simply can’t make the time to train.

Find a good time to train, mark it on your calendar and keep it like you would any appointment. To stay consistent, carve that time out in your routine every day. Even if you only want to lift weights three times a week, keep your workout on your schedule every day, and use the days off for different activities.

I used hate going to the gym myself but at the same I was fed up with not going anywhere my fitness. The reality is it’s my damn fault due to my lack of consistency. Once I decided to take charge by simply applying what I’m suggesting here I never looked back and that’s when started to see progress.  My first tip our clients is: Make yourself a priority!
